Program terms

  • Points are earned on the eligible net amount actually paid: taxes, tips, fees, discounts (including reward discounts) and refunded amounts are excluded.
  • Points are added only after restaurant staff record a verified, paid purchase. Joining, unpaid orders and table requests do not earn points. Points are whole numbers, rounded down.
  • Redeem in 1,000 point steps, up to 2,000 points ($20) per purchase, never more than the eligible purchase subtotal.
  • Rewards are redeemed in person at the restaurant. There is no online payment.
  • If a purchase is refunded or voided, its points and any redeemed discount are reversed.
  • Points are based on purchases only. They are never tied to reviews or ratings.
